Splash ID Pro 9.4.0 - changes
Surprised to see changes to Splash ID Pro on both Windows and Android. The sync method looks new and is not working as it used to. One cannot always see the other, even though they are on the same network and even after refreshing both the wifi service and wifi broadcast.
Also, the Windows program will just close randomly.

The WiFi sync method was changed to fix issues that users had with the process. A detailed description of the new setup is available at https://support.splashid.com/portal/en/kb/articles/splashid-… Please check the 'Available devices' screen in Settings -> Sync and Add those devices to your list of allowed devices that will show up in the My devices screen.
