Not downloading full data on Win 11 Pro 25h2

downloads partial categories two actually that and one I have ever seen or heard of. categories on 99% of records are unfiled on download. all are present on my ios device. either the download is off or the schema is off or the download doesn't work. reinstalled and the same.

the rebuilt data is not being corrupted as of yet by the windows app.

Please submit a ticket at https://support.splashid.com and I will get a developer to look in to your issue. I will also recommend that a new account be setup for you with a copy of a SVID9 file that you can export from your current account. Also, please sign into the web app at https://app.splashid.com and check if the data you see is as you expect.

signed in and it looks like the data is corrupted. I will rebuild the data again and export it as the backups seem to all be in the same shape.

This has been getting worse and worse for a while now. it is getting to the point that I cannot trust it on windows anymore.
