No face ID

I have selected face id in my security settings but I’m always forced into typing my password and doing 2-factor. What is the setting for if you don’t use it?

Hi Bernard, Thanks for reaching out! Please try a fresh reset of the app state to see if it resolves the problem. 1] Ensure you are on the latest version of SplashID Pro 9 (version 9.4.10). 2] If you are on 'Cloud sync', then go to Settings, select Sign Out, and choose the option to Clear Data when prompted. 3] If you are on 'WiFI or No sync', export and take a backup of your data using SVID9 export. And then go to Settings, select Sign Out, and choose the option to Clear Data when prompted. 4] Completely kill the app so it isn't running in the background, relaunch it, and log back in. 5] Once logged in, please try the action you were attempting before the error occurred.
