Default Password Setting

If one changes the default settings for passwords in Settings\General they are not saved.

Update: Whilst setting password generator settings work on my Fire 10 tablet. They do not on my Android 12 phone. In addition changing settings to clear filters and to set fingerprint/ face recognition to on do not remain set either on my Android 12 phone. This is despite unlocking with fingerprint working on phone.

Update: version493 password settings in Settings\General\ do not stick. On Moto G30 Android 12
Can you please check this in the latest beta release? The password generator settings need to be changed while you are in the Settings screen. Invoking the password generator using the button at the top of the record list screen and changing the settings there will only temporarily have an effect. This is by design to allow your permanent generator settings to stay as you want it, while changing it in the password generator screen can be used for temporary changes.
