All Records disappear in laptop PC version

Since the latest update to Pro 9, each time I open Splash ID on my laptop all my records disappear. The spinning never loads my records. So I reimport the records, and the very next time, all records are gone.

Please publish the fix for this. Same is happening on Mac platforms.
